影响煤成浆性的机理因素分析与研究

摘要: 在现有煤成浆性影响因素分析的基础上,提出了孔隙率和表面特性是影响煤成浆性的实质上的机理因素,并以蒙东褐煤为研究对象,进行了试验验证,结果表明:经105℃空气氛围干燥3h后,干燥煤的成浆性变差,其主要原因是干燥过程导致的煤比孔容和比表面的提高;与之相对的,干燥煤接触角变大,说明单纯采用接触角测量数据推断煤成浆性是不严谨的。

Abstract: The porosity and surface characteristics are in essence the mechanical concern of slurryability of the coal have been put forword in this paper, which based on the existing analysis of the influence factors. This conclusion has been verified by experiments with MengDong coal as the research object, the experiment results show that the slurryability of the coal which has been put in 105℃ dry atmosphere for 3 hours will become bad. The main reason is that the specific pore volume and the specific surface area of the coal has been improved during the drying process; In contrast the contact angle has been greaten, that means only using the measurement data of the contact angle to conclude the slurryability of the coal is not rigorous.
